    🔧 Troubleshooting

    My device seems to droop or won't stay in position

    Adjust the tension using the included Allen wrench. Turn clockwise to increase resistance for heavier devices. The gimbal joint is designed to hold up to 3 lbs when properly tensioned.

    The stand seems wobbly on my desk

    Ensure the base is on a flat surface. The rubber pads on the bottom prevent sliding but require a level surface. If your desk is uneven, try repositioning. The stand is tested stable up to a 15° desk incline.

    The grips don't seem to fit my device

    The grips adjust from 4.7" to 10.5" wide. For 16" monitors, the monitor's own kickstand rests in the grip area. Make sure you're pulling the grips fully apart - they extend more than you might expect!
